it was just me, sho, the dogs, elli, the birthday BOY and his broken pinky toe at home with two birthday cakes. yes, you read right, HIS BROKEN TOE. our birthday boy here broke his left pinky toe on tuesday morning while rushing to work.

jun the dentist dropped by after work for a while. no excuse for him since he's just downstairs!

and yes, TWO BIRTHDAY CAKES. apparently there was some miscommunication between sho and i. i thought i had told him that elli and i were gonna bake a red velvet for birthday boy but he somehow had one delivered so we ended up with two cakes. poor baby's been working too hard i reckon since he fell asleep on the couch when birthday boy and i were wii-ing.

it's a quiet one as we had to cancel our initial plan to hit his favourite bar since mom and dad are in osaka since yesterday. sigh. but the dogs will be bunking with us for the next few days. yay.

OUR HERITAGE

the trip to edo-tokyo museum last week made us visit edo-tokyo open air museum. it was amazing.

BECAUSE WE WERE LAZY AND HAD NO WHERE TO GO
